What are eBills?
An eBill is an electronic version of your bill that we retrieve directly from
your payee's Web site and display for you online in the BillsAndMore Bill Center.
With eBills almost any online bill can now be presented to you conveniently
through one easy-to-use interface - BillsAndMore!

What are the advantages
of eBills?
eBills are 100% digital, so they're clearer and more legible than
scanned bill images.
eBills are retrieved directly from your payee's Web site, so you're
always viewing your most accurate, timely billing information.
eBills arrive faster than redirected paper bills, making sure you have
plenty of time to review your billing information and schedule payments.
eBills are FREE! Perhaps the best thing about eBills is that you
don't have to pay a transaction fee for receiving them. Receiving an
eBill in your Inbox is absolutely free!
Sign up with your payee's Web site today so you can start receiving an eBill.
With eBills, you may continue to receive your paper statements at home -
or, depending on your payee's capabilities, have the paper turned off - you
decide! And by not having to redirect your paper bills to the BillsAndMore
Processing Center, your payee will be able to maintain your home address on file
so that non-bill related information (such as replacement credit cards or
announcements of special sales) can be mailed directly to you at home.

When registering a payee
for eBills, which User ID & Password do I enter?
When adding or editing an eBill-enabled payee to your BillsAndMore account, you
will be prompted to enter your login information for that payee’s Web site -
exactly as you would if you were accessing your account at their Web site. If
you are not yet registered for online access to your account through the
payee’s Web site, please take a moment to do so before continuing with the
eBill setup process. Note that you should enter your User ID and Password
(or other requested information) for the payee’s Web site - not your BillsAndMore
User ID and Password.

Is the login information
for my payees’ Web sites kept private/secure?
BillsAndMore is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of all of your
personal information. Your login information is kept confidential, and is used
only to retrieve an electronic version of your bill from the payee’s Web site
so that we can present it to you online within the BillsAndMore Bill Center. For
your security, all input fields for setting up your payee-specific login
information are encrypted and hidden from view.

Why should I give BillsAndMore
my User IDs & Passwords?
Supplying BillsAndMore with the login information for each of your payees’ Web
sites serves to consolidate all of your electronic bills in one place (along
with all of your bills that still arrive in paper format). It enables us to
retrieve electronic versions of your bills and present them to you in a single,
secure location. You get all of the benefits of electronic delivery - without
the hassles of having to remember to go to each payee’s Web site individually
and keep track of all of the various User IDs and Passwords every time you need
to view or pay a bill.

Which billing address is
used for eBill-enabled payees?
Enabling BillsAndMore to securely retrieve eBills from your payee’s Web site
eliminates the need to change your address on file with that payee and redirect
your paper bill to the BillsAndMore Processing Center. Maintaining your home
address on file with the payee is especially advantageous for credit card
payees, as you won’t need to remember your BillsAndMore billing address when
conducting online shopping transactions. You won’t need to worry about
distinguishing between your billing and shipping addresses, or being asked to
provide this extra information in order to verify your identity with the payee.
Furthermore, all non-bill related information (such as replacement credit cards
or announcements of special sales) from eBill-enabled payees can be mailed
to you directly at your home or service address.

I registered a payee for
eBills. Why am I receiving the paper bill at home?
Some payees may continue to send a paper bill to your home even after you begin
receiving the bill online. To avoid making duplicate payments, it is best to pay
only those bills that arrive online in the BillsAndMore Bill Center. If a duplicate
paper bill is received at the BillsAndMore Processing Center, it will be scanned
and presented to you as a notice (rather than a bill), and a Change of Address
form will be issued requesting that your paper bill be redirected to your
service address. Some payees may offer the option of "turning off" the
paper bill - either by indicating such a preference on their Web site, or by
contacting their Customer Service department via phone or email.

When I switch an existing
payee from scanned bills to eBills, what happens to the paper bills that
were previously redirected to BillsAndMore?
When you setup a payee for eBills, your next billing statement should arrive
in the new eBill digital format. A Change of Address notice will be sent to
your payee, requesting that your paper bill be redirected to your home or
service address. If a duplicate paper bill is received at the BillsAndMore
Processing Center, it will be scanned and presented to you as a notice (rather
than a bill). Some payees may offer the option of "turning off" the
paper bill - either by indicating such a preference on their Web site, or by
contacting their Customer Service department via phone or email.

Are payments to eBill-enabled
payees made electronically?
The fact that a payee is enabled for the presentation of eBills is not
necessarily an indication that they can accept payments via electronic funds
transfer (EFT). eBill presentation and EFT payment are distinctly separate
technology initiatives. Depending on the particular payee’s capabilities,
payments are issued either electronically or via paper check.
